ABOUT
After 30 years of coaching C-Level executives professionally, I now focus on helping leaders more holistically attain high performance in their careers, mental and physical health and personal relationships. As clients learn more about themselves and increase their emotional intelligence, we can delve into attaining high performance and elite levels of emotional regulation and mindset for success.
My mission is clear, I help those at important career, life and health inflection points gain clarity on their goals, create an intentional plan of action and achieve next level success. The results are increased success, thriving health and the happiness effect. The ripple effect then occurs: leaders that focus on personal and professional development have an even greater impact on their organizations and the world.
With that, I’m so excited to introduce you to a holistic approach that will help you unlock your full potential. The methodology combines physical and mental wellness, career development, and self-discovery through proven executive development methods and tools for building leadership, self-concept, and authentic identity.
Prior to coaching full-time at Longview, I spent 30+ years leading Human Resources, including most recently five years as CHRO of a publicly traded company. In HR, I spent my time coaching executives and creating, leading and executing on human resource strategy. I started my career with Korn Ferry International consulting in retained executive search and assessment for C Level Leaders. This is where I learned the foundation of what it takes to be a great leader and started to create the formula of what success development looks like.
I hold an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a BA from Central Connecticut State University where I studied Marketing, Communications and Psychology.
I am certified as a Professional Certified Coach (International Coach Federation (ICF)), and the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). For my mindset work: I am trained and certified as a Rapid Transformational Therapist (RTT). This is where I gained the opportunity to combine executive leadership development with mindset and behavior change. I am also certified as a Registered Yoga Teacher by the Wilmington Yoga Center and am currently in training for Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDNP).
When I am not “working”, I am a married Mom of 4 teenagers and spending time in Connecticut, Vermont and North Carolina. A wellness, self-development and spiritual enthusiast, in my free time you will find me cooking and enjoying great food, time with family and friends, hiking with my dog, or practicing yoga near the beach or ski mountain.
